With over 23 years of experience, including 21 years as Project Coordinator at Blackmon Mooring of Houston, Koy has managed more than 5,000 projects, ranging from small-scale to multi-million-dollar scopes. His expertise spans mold assessment consulting, asbestos surveys, fire and water damage mitigation, microbial remediation, and disaster recovery, among others.
